Yesterday I had a fondue party. My brother Craig his fiance Izabel, my mom and Gill and Graham from Robs work came over. We had a really good time. There were 2 things that worked really well. The batter which was pancake mix and 7-up, when it hits the grease it puffs up perfectly. The other thing that was fun and cool was the home made fried ice cream. I have never tried it before, it worked and tasted great. I think next time though I will have two pots of grease for that many people. I made this cake just for the fun of it. It isn't great but practice makes perfect. I will get better. Rob gave me a white gold diamond heart necklace.

I would love to go to culinary school, Rob and I were just talking about it. I love baking cakes, I think I need more techniques though. You can only learn so much from the food network.
